Terms of Service & Bespoke Agreement

Welcome to FavvyBillionz Luxe. By placing a bespoke order, commissioning custom tailoring, or browsing our digital salon, you agree to the following terms and craftsmanship covenants.
1. Bespoke Handcrafted Nature
Every piece is made-to-measure and hand-sewn by our female CEO Favvy. Because each garment is an individual work of textile art, subtle variations in thread tension, fabric slub, and hand-embroidery placement reflect genuine artisan authenticity.
2. Payment & Commission Retainers
Due to the personalized procurement of premium imported fabrics (cashmere wool, raw silk damask, Italian velvet), bespoke commissions require an initial 70% retainer before fabric cutting commences. The remaining balance is payable upon final inspection before dispatch.
3. Lead Times & Event Deadlines
Standard bespoke turnaround is 14 to 21 working days. Express rush commissions (7–10 days) for urgent wedding ceremonies or coronation events may be accommodated subject to master tailor availability and express surcharge.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, embroidery motifs, brand trademarks, and editorial lookbook media are the exclusive property of FavvyBillionz Luxe Ltd. Unauthorized commercial reproduction of our patterns is strictly prohibited.
